Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of homeland.beer and www.homeland.beer, together referred to as the “Site.” The Site is operated by Homeland Craft Beer & Wine (“Homeland,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Age and alcohol-related content

The Site is intended for adults age 21 and older. You may not use the Site to misrepresent your age or to obtain alcohol in violation of applicable law. Content describing beer, wine, cocktails, or events is informational and is not an offer to sell or deliver alcohol through the Site.

Menus, events, and availability

Menus, product descriptions, event details, hours, and availability may change without notice. We work to keep information current, but we do not guarantee that every item or event shown will remain available. Contact Homeland if you need to confirm details before visiting.

Tickets, gift cards, and third-party purchases

Ticket and gift-card purchases are completed through third-party services such as Square. Those transactions are governed by the terms, privacy practices, payment rules, and refund or cancellation terms shown by the third-party provider or at the time of purchase. Homeland does not receive or store your complete payment-card information through this Site.

Event admission may be subject to age requirements, capacity limits, event-specific rules, and other conditions shown with the ticket offer. Gift cards are subject to the terms provided with the card or during checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse Site content, impersonate another person, or use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Our content

The Site and its text, design, branding, graphics, photographs, and other original content belong to Homeland or are used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to services and websites operated by others, including Square, Mailchimp, Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeland disclaims warranties that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or completely current. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeland will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or a linked third-party service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site or our services change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
